Fair prices on servicing and repairs. Phil is always helpful and easy to deal with. Can sometimes take a while if the garage is busy but happy to wait for the good service I always receive. Very well supported by us locals as it should be.
+ Good customer service and communication + Quick turnaround of repairs and MOTs/Servicing - Forecourt can be very busy, so occasionally need to park car further away from garage
Was really surprised this time as I have used them before ant found them very helpful but for whatever reason booking my car in seemed to be an issue this time, I found them to be unhelpful still puzzled by it all. Could not even give me a rough time as to when I could even pick my car up so I went elsewhere.
Customer service was good no complaints there. However they took the wheels off using a pneumatic tool, to replace tyres and faulty valves, which rounded all the nuts. Our mechanic next day was doing car service and couldn't get wheels off because nuts were rounded because of pneumatic tool. It cost us an extra £55 to replace wheel nuts. Mechanic phoned Angle Park and was told these things happen Amendment. Further to this rant I have been contacted by Phil from Angle Park. Problem solved. He explained what had happened and refunded us the £55.Many thanks Phil. Won't put me off using you again.
